Dr. Christopher Gee

Dr. Gee was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. Before pursuing a degree in Medicine, he completed his Bachelor's of Science degree in Honours Genetics at the University of Alberta in 2005. He then completed his Doctor of Medicine, with Special Training in Research, at the University of Alberta in 2009. He received his Family Medicine designation as a Certificant Member of the Canadian College of Family Physicians in 2011.

His awards include the 2010 Misercordia Hospital Trainee of the Year in Family Medicine, and the 2009 Dr. Susan Rajee Koilpillai Memorial Prize in Family Medicine.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Gee's extracurriculars include badminton, playing the piano and viola. He especially enjoys spending his free time with his wife and children.

Dr. Pierre-Charles Gretillat

Pierre-Charles is originally from Quebec. He completed his medical school training in 2007 at McGill University and pursued his family medicine residency out of the University of Calgary through their rural stream based out of Medicine Hat. He obtained his CCFP in 2009. For the first 8 years after graduating, Pierre-Charles has worked all over Alberta and the Northwest Territories as a locum physician. He has enjoyed a mixture of rural as well as urban type practices where he has cared for patients in office clinics, long term care, palliative care, hospital acute care and emergency settings. He has also had the opportunity to get involved in international health through the 1040i project in Doropo, Ivory Coast on 3 different occasions.

Pierre-Charles moved to Alberta, where his wife is originally from, and they now have 3 children. Outside of his involvement in medicine and with his family, Pierre-Charles enjoys wood working, playing squash and gardening. He is also actively involved in his church community at Laurier Heights Baptist Church.

Dr. Ryan O'Malley

Dr Ryan O’Malley hails from Cape Town, South Africa. He completed his medical training in South Africa before moving to Edmonton in 2016. His medical interests include paediatrics, management of lifestyle conditions, and men’s health. His practice is diverse and includes people from marginalized communities. He is registered as a prescriber of PrEP for people at high risk of contracting HIV, and he is accepting referrals for this service.

Dr O’Malley enjoys remaining fit and the beautiful scenery of Alberta. He is an avid traveller, with family and friends all around the world.
